This drives the business towards becoming a commodity. My take-away from this book is that we should never market a product or business with WHAT is being sold. Once an organization knows “Why” it exists then it can determine “How” to deliver on this and exactly “What” it will do to deliver the “Why.” This compelling reason “Why” the organization exists needs must be ingrained into the organization’s culture. ![]() Sinek explains the philosophy of defining an organization’s purpose or reason for existing. Although it is especially relevant to business leaders, it applies to each of our personal lives as well! ![]() This is an excellent book that every person should read.
